They are making a commune in between the lanes. I could see mattresses and some sleeping today. I think a few of them are living there to beg more efficiently. Less of a commute for them.

I saw them shoot up heroin there a few weeks ago. Guy had the girl tied off and she was out.

That makes them smart! I loved living in Hatcher right across the street from Lockett. It was a cinch making my 7:30 AM calculus class!
