I mean, we've seen the kind of people put in charge of this administration. That's not really a stretch

It's baffling that the shooter could be seen with a rifle climbing up onto the roof and then on the roof for that period of time and nothing was done until he got off shots.

especially since 3 cps were on the ground right there and people were screaming telling them he is right there and could clearly see him.

why not also the SS to remove the threat that is Trump?

because it would be disastrous for the Biden campaign

this failed attempt is already disastrous enough, an actual assassination might completely flip the country for a decade plus

As shitty as the federal govt is their hired hit man wouldn’t be using a weird kid from PA with a weapon with no magnified scope

If it’s SS just blow up his golf cart one day. I mean there are so many easier ways

Keep in mind the current administration and their competency. Or lack thereof.

har har har, Biden popped his pants

The feds if it was an inside job could have Trump killed with absolute ease. They wouldn’t rely on some Pennsylvania dweeb crawling on a roof like a jackass with a shitty arse gun

I'm not making an incontinence joke. I'm saying that top to bottom this is the most incompetent administration we've ever had in this country. It's been on painful display for the last 3 years. But hey, so much diversity and so many "firsts" that we all get to pay the price for.

they can pull off faking an entire global pandemic and steal an election but can't find a better stooge than a nerd with iron sights?

the deep state constantly moves from being the most powerful organization on earth, controlling all things, to a bunch of morons that can't do anything effectively

I'm not talking about the deep state. I'm talking about this administration.

Then they assuredly left plenty of evidence behind and once Trump is elected, he will find it and they will all be in jail soon.

All sounds like a win.

If you truly think the best “the administration” could come up with is a 20 year old nobody with an iron sights shitty AR you are blinded by rage

My first post in any of the assassination threads so I'm sure it's been mentioned but what stood out to me was the sniper was already aimed at the dude. He shoots hi once the shooter fires.

I mean he probably has the baddest scope known to man on his gun. It was 150 yards away. He could have clearly seen that the dude had a gun. My 3 power Bushnell scope would have clearly shown me a guy with a gun from 150 out.. Are they not allowed to shoot a guy with a gun pointed towards the stage? It's not like the sniper had to scramble to find the shooter, he was already locked in on him.

The guy that shot him was a sniper 488 yards away, not the sniper close to trunk that you see the video of

And the shooter want killed instantly, which is why he was able to get off multiple shots

because he clearly has to readjust once the shots are fired

I think they were scanning the rooftop because by that time radio chatter had started, but he clearly was not on the shooter when shots fired

Do we know the actual time elapsed from when the citizens yelled to an officer to when the shot rang out? We can hear the speech in this video so it should be as simple as finding that part of the speech then the time until the shot.
Yes

Total elapsed time from first spotting of the shooter to the shot is roughly 4 minutes

2 mins approximately.

Very plausible that there was a lot of radio chatter to confirm that this wasnt LEO/SS before opening fire and by that time the shooter already started to fire.

I also dont think the snipers on the first video are the ones that bagged the guy. Theres another video of the other snipers set up and there's no flinching etc. My guess is that they are probably the ones who took him out. Dunno though.

Eta: I had read 2mins. Maybe 4? Sounds like we need a independent TD analysis.

Where did you see the portion about the 488 yard shot?
