In this day in age, replies that take a long time are by choice. Either because the person is playing a game or because they don't care. By long time I mean anything over...lets say 2 hours. You have to discern who is serious about dating and who is not. You are correct in delaying your responses and keeping conversations short. The conversations that you do have should be driven toward an initial meeting. That’s when you deliver conversation-wise.
Agreed. I try to keep the messages short and usually 4 or 5 messages and then see if she wants to meet up. Like you said too many women on these dating apps just seem to want attention.

And here's the thing, I understand that 12 hours is a long time and I was willing to apologize for taking so long. I'm not usually crazy busy on Saturdays but this Saturday was an exception and the day got away from me. But the fact that she seemed to not understand that showed a lack of empathy to me. That's the type of thing that psychopaths are known to have.
