I would change that to "unreasoned condemnation of opposing view points".
Take "flat-earthers" for instance. We can prove to them beyond a scientific doubt that the earth is round. We can take them up to the ISS and let them watch the globe spin below them. That's a reasoned condemnation of their views.
They, on the other hand, will point only to their literature, conspiracy theories and "proof" that flies completely against science (ex: many of them believe in a geocentric makeup of astrology). In other words, to reach their stance in opposing a round earth belief one has to make awkward leaps of reasoning and completely reject any attempts of evidence production which would prove contrary to their beliefs.
