These people make me laugh so hard. Just be peaceful for once like y'all claim and nothing would ever escalate

Now where is the guy reposting "expert" opinions expressing disappointment that LAPD/BRPD didn't learn the right lessons from Ferguson?

At point I feel actually sorry for Gary. He is so intimidated by a show of police force that they are supposed to be protesting against. It's actually comical at this point.

Well, when you can't get the police to violate your rights just pretend they were about to.

Looks to be just the opposite right? The lessons we learned from Ferguson and Baltimore are how to shut down potential rioters before they get on the path of destruction.

and with the real threat of today's arrest, one suspect still at-large, wanting kill BRPD officers, they have every right going forward to use whatever force to stay safe. It doesn't matter if it's downtown or Airline, Law Enforcement will not be outnumbered and they can't gather peacefully, so it's always going to result in many getting arrested.

Exactly. What's sad is all the BLM groupies are going to take this as gospel. They will engrain this racism in the next generation from birth and when the stories of this "protest" are retold it will be about how the evil police harassed them, intimidated them, and arrested them for no reason.

Heard on the news or radio there was a peaceful protest last night with a "handful" of people.
I'm sure the same few or less would show up tonight & he is just trying to keep himself relevant / make excuses for the low numbers.

I have black friends that will not set foot in Livingston Parish for any reason. With the fact that the LPSD is coming here it does not surprise me that they would cancel the protest. There is true fear of that Parish and those cops.
