Exactly, test them early and sterilize before they reproduce. Not the kid's fault that their parents are as stupid as a fried popsicle.

In some ways I have no problem with this. I used to give intelligence tests to send to DDS to see if someone was eligible for a govt. check because they were mentally handicapped. A lot of them would come in with their dozen or so kids in the waiting room and try to obviously scam me.... they would test at a level that indicated they should not be able to put on a t-shirt independently much less care for a kid... they made me fricking sick. Obviously I would write fraud in my report and be done.
What really made me sick was the parents who found a way to scam in the past and were now coaching their kids to do the same, because they came to see this as a viable career.
Then there were the parents who really did test as mentally handicapped... they would also have their tons of kids with them.... the kids would be malnourished, have rotting teeth, smell horrible and be wearing clothes 5 sizes too small....it was sad.

Yeah, I read an article quite a while back about this happening to another woman with mental disability. I think she fought for years for her child and at least was able to still be a part of her daughter's life. Don't remember the details though.
I remember there being questions about if the mother really understood the responsibility and would be able to provide a base level of competence in care. There were basic tasks that the mother struggled to perform. The whole thing is pretty heart breaking, but a person can see the case of the state.

shite, Canada recently passed a law that allows the government to take the kids of people whose religious or other views prevent them from allowing their kids to become transgendered.
Which begs the question, if the parents aren't encouraging the kids to explore transgenderism, who the frick is?
