Correct...

St. Bernard Hwy, way past the refineries. In Violet, there's about a half-mile stretch of the highway that's bordered on both sides by oak trees that are 100's of years old and they reach out across the roadway from each side, creating a tunnel.

As mentioned in the last episode it was always a route Danny would travel when taking a ride in the Mustang that he, Little Danny and myself all restored back when Little Danny and I were in middle school.

Spent many days as a kid dreaming to drive that car. Recently, Mr Danny told that when the times comes, I may very well inherit it... Would be a tremendous honor to own and possess such a prized possession that meant so much to him and his son.

I own a handgun, so it’s available - it’s still my CHOICE not to use it irresponsibly

I don’t think you are completely wrong, but opiate addiction is not the same as gun ownership.

That handgun doesn’t have control of you. An addiction does. And it can happen to anyone.

You’d have a point if he bought these off a crack dealer.

But if you go to a doctor and he tells you to take these pills and your body becomes physically dependent on them, where does the choice part come in exactly?

Watched all 4 episodes yesterday. Really enjoyed it. Kudos to Dan for sticking to his guns and doing what he could.

would have been great if someone from one of the federal agencies could have directed him to the medical board sooner. I just think as a whole the FBI and DEA are pretty enept. though there is a lot of bureaucratic red tape they are behind.

I’d love to know who the Purdue Pharma rep for New Orleans East was? Allegedly making $800k bonus. I wonder how he/she feels?

We aren't talking about going to a legit doctor here

Yeah, that just shows you how much red tape is involved in government. Government is & law enforcement's job is to protect its people. If it was taking DEA as long as it did, but all they would have had to do was go to the medical board. Did they not know that would was the best route to take to get her shut down the fastest or do they rather carry out these investigations in order to justify their jobs?

Public records indicate that Cleggett, now 54, resides in a small apartment complex in East Baton Rouge.

Then you need to be honest with your doctor and tell them so they can get you off. Obviously, its not a simple process.

One thing I was a little confused about was what happened to that NOPD officer/officers that were acting as security at Cleggett’s pill mill? Clearly they knew what was going on and probably were given a little cut from cleggett.

FBI

Never has been the same, since they went to more College Nerds, over Former law enforcement with degrees.

EVERYTHING is cyber crime, so lets hire nerds who will have no clue how to do real police work, when they have 2. FBI actually does investigate crimes and murders.
