I can remember when the beach was a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation. Now it’s a pure hell.

One of my favorite OT debates
I’ll always prefer paying someone to put the traditional beach setup (couple umbrellas, several beach chairs) but I’ve never had an issue with folks who set up sun shades or pop up tents
They’re always behind us

Why do these bother you man, seriously don’t take up much more Space than umbrellas and less likely to impale someone when thunderstorms hit

I’m not going to lie. I’m pasty as frick. But the reason I haven’t had a bunch of skin cancer spots removed is because I know my limits. I get out, enjoy the sun and water for awhile, then lay under the shade with my Kindle. People who bitch about this are silly.
Hmm I generally put on sunscreen and a shirt. I even do this while mowing the grass.

This takes up less space and there are no annoying ropes to trip over.

This is why public (______) has gone to shite. People don't know how to act around others.
