Unless some people have a genetic predisposition to violence, like pit bulls do. Many dog breeds have a genetic predisposition to certain things...for example Goldens and retrieving things and loving the water, dachshunds and their penchant to burrow, Collies and their want to herd things, etc etc.

I know that area and anyone with three aggressive dogs with that jaw strength must be 'troubled' or in need of home protection (aka up to no good) One of those would be sufficient for protection, three would mean your neighbors need protection from you.

I would carry heat if I was walking in an area where aggressive dog owners were lax about keeping their dogs up.

They are decent sized dogs. Don't just try to give it a Hersheys or M&Ms. It will just get the shits. Get some baking chocolate or the kind that is 98% cacao. That stuff will kill that dog dead. Like cyanide for dogs. Don't know how many grapes you would need. Grapes seem to just be water, fiber, sugar. Don't know why those are bad for dogs.

I figure that the hearing is to make sure that the correct dogs are being put down. Beyond that, I think it should be an almost automatic process.

When a bear mauls someone they shoot it. When these rabid animals literally kill someone they take it to a shelter. Unbelievable. Shoot the dog and throw the owner in prison.

I know people hate HOAs but it's HOA illegal to own a pitbull in my neighborhood. And for a very good reason.
