While I agree it's common knowledge, I think it would be more retarded to look on the internet for how to tell which side the tank fill port is on. Just get out of the damned vehicle and look. This is knowledge your old man or grandpa should have taught you at a younger age.

If you need to clean a pair of tennis shoes, WD40 is the best thing to use.
If you need to translate something to another language say "Siri, translate to spanish" then say whatever you want translated and she will repeat it back in the language you want it converted to (this might be something most of you know, but I am amazed by the amount of people who don't know this).
If you are ever looking for new audiobooks to listen to, youtube has a lot of them free.
Most libraries offer ebooks for rent. They usually only have so many ecopies available so if it is a popular book you will be put on a wait list and you have a certain period of time to read it, but it's at least an option when looking for reading material.

I read this in an article in Road & Track or Car & Driver only about 8 years ago. Same place I read how to properly adjust my side mirrors so they aren't just rear-views. You'd be surprised how many people don't know that stuff.
