Do you believe that a "motorcycle club" who readily had knives and shotguns at their disposal isn't a gang?

You mean A knife and A shotgun, each owned by 2 different members. Out of how many present that night?

That's the same as calling our football team "drug heads" because of RP, JJ and TM7's issues. (So proud of HB!)

This BC Iron Coffins club looks like it's been targeted for a while with no major arrests outside of this case.

Ive been looking, and either they've been very lucky, very smart...or even a legit MC.

I have to admit, it looks to me like they have caught a bad rap...unless anyone has found anything else?

The hair, beards, and tattoos make them guilty, right?

Now that I read the article you posted it makes more sense, other article was written before the re-arrest. Starkweather had charges dropped but was re-arrested 2 years later. That puts him sitting in jail for about 2 years. That's not uncommon.

FWIW my dad is in a motorcycle club, I have nothing against them. Saying that, they also behave themselves like adults.

No, pleading guilty, as the case is with the first dindu, makes you guilty.

Dindus, indeed.

Remember these?

14 years and one on death row...because of how they looked.

I see that now.

I was commenting on facts from the previous article.

It appears Starkweather was involved in the fatal beating which would warrant at the least a murder trial.

As am I as many here already know. And the way you describe your dad and his club is true for the overwhelming majority of all clubs.

And the fact the cops raided this Iron Coffins clubhouse (destroying it in the process btw) and only came away with a couple of rifles and one guy charged with being behind on child support tells me that club was as clean as a whistle. Trust me, if there is even the most flimsy of an excuse for the cops to charge a MC with any crime, they're going to charge them. Look no further than Waco for another prime example.

Barros fricked this up for Starkweather, agreeing to turn State's and then shitting the bed on depos.

Like Miskelley with his false confession in 1993.

Egg-Zachary! No one really cares to know.

I don't and won't ever care about Mr. Starkweather.

He probably feels the same way about me.

Nice surname though.

West Memphis 3.

I was "one of them" at the time.
Headbanger. Satanworshipper.
Babykiller.

Nope, just kids who were different and scared people.

One is MR and gave false confession. All 3 released by Alford Plea a few years ago due to new trial almost granted based on new DNA ev.

Three children were murdered in 1993. DNA Evidence points to one victim's stepfather.
