The one that got away

Everyone has that one. I most recently came back into contact with mine. However, I’m a 2 1/2 year relationship now with someone I love. We happened to be at the same bar last Monday (first time either of us had been there and on the opposite side of town from us both). We wind up talking and I remember why she was the one. She sent me a Facebook message on Wednesday of last week saying she ended it with her bf of 3 years because she still loves me and wants to rekindle that. Saying that she still dreams about me and shite all the time, thinks about me. Bad part is, I still love her too. I’m so fricking lost. For one, the one that got away, is back and I have that chance again. On the other side of things, I’ve built a relationship with another girl that I love and have had our battles but fought through them and remained on top.
So OT. What do you do? Stay with the one who I am with now and love or go to my white buffalo and hope it works out this time and try to rekindle things.
Obviously this is the best place to come for advice like this
