Should have flown them in and they could have repaired the sunshine bridge. Hell they could rode the equipment down and still fixed it faster

Good for them. Can they build a loop?

Deduct it from the Alaskan Permanent Fund.

They probably didn’t have to use some senators brother in laws construction firm that specializes in home building to build their interestare addition.

I was in Kennai 20 years ago or so. I flew there in August. They were working on a major highway expansion on about 10 miles of highway, doubling the width of the highway. They had just started that summer. Left 2 weeks later and returned in October. The road was completely finished, not even a cone in site. Would have 2 - 3 years in Louisiana and needed repair in 5-6.

I will say they do have a much butter substrate to build on, though.

Construction workers rebuilt the ramp that was significantly damaged during a magnitude 7.0 earthquake.

I have been in the heavy civil construction business since 1982, my freshman year of college. I have been involved with MANY industrial and petrochem projects, all over the world.....they are smooth sailing.

The road projects I have been involved with......let's just say, take the DOTD out of the picture, and things would be done in half the time, and cost.....

If your picture was taken in Houston, the time lapse would be 18 years for that to happen

It's significantly easier to fix roads that don't carry 750k drivers every day.

Just saying

That is not the same location. The pic on the left is entirely different from the one on the right.....look at the turn lane signs, and look at the pic on the right.....the traffic is going in the opposite direction, and looks like an off ramp.

The first thing I noticed when I moved to Texas was how fast they built roads. I guess people in Louisiana just don’t know the difference or if someone complains, the common answer is, “If you don’t like it, than leave!”
