For someone that doesn’t care, you sure waste a lot time posting about it.

I'll agree with you on that. Just don't like all of this stuff is primarily focused on money and status. Always been a thing with me. I'll let it go.

End of the day, it's a status claim.

Strongly disagree. And Manzeilathon that’s good to hear, but I have no doubt there’s real people like that. Lol

I prefer water over soft drinks. Don't think anyone needs to know. Same concept to me. It's asinine. Do your thing, but just do it for yourself and stop being sheep to pay for that. It's all rooted in something that is self gratifying. either to the church that takes the money or the person that boasts that he went to a religious private school. Does't matter. None of it.

I don't practice, but I was raised Catholic. Isn't Catholicism big on helping the greater good and not stockpiling money? Or at least supposed to be?

Jesus wasn't a capitalist. As far as I know his message was about helping others and treating them well, not politics or economics.

Well seeing that Jesus’ kingdom is not of this earth, I’d say none.

Definitely not socialism though.

Jesus was very clearly apolitical and this was an issue for some Jewish people as they believed the messiah would bring a worldly deliverance from their rulers.
Another example of this is “render unto Caesar what is caesars render unto God what is God’s”

It’s not the governments place to fill needs, it’s the Church. Abdication of that role in favor of governmental forced intervention is the opposite of what Jesus preached

Or to the person that boasts about being an atheist on the internet.

It’ll never happen. The American Catholic Church is too liberal.

I vote Trump for pope. He would love it....molestation is swept under the rug and his headquarters already has a freaking wall.

I’m glad I read the replies, because I was going to list this. Jesus cared about our soles not to whom we paid our taxes.
