Kia and Hyundai are where Honda and Toyota were in the 1990's. Reliable, good-looking, affordable and all the creature comforts. Those two are becoming my favorite car brands along with Mazda. They adapted very quickly.

CR ranks Kia the 5th most reliable car company and that is ahead of Honda for example. The modern Kia may be a lot of things but statistically unreliable they are not. The perception of car reliability always lags behind reality.

No thank you....I will stick with my Lexus SUV for work and my AMG when I want to drop the top and lay some rubber it at the same time. And before anyone says it there are any 30A stickers....just an EGA on one side and BFM on the other.

It looks great except the side view looks like shite. It looks like an aborted version of an old Porsche 944 from the side and not in a good way.

KIA and Hyundai are putting out quality cars now and the warranty is great.... Issue is people are still thinking they are cheap cars based on their name.

Euros are $15-20K more for a comparable car. Sure the Euro will be a little nicer, but for many buyers, they'll settle for the cheaper alternative.

People compare 0-60 times, tech features, mpg...and say they are basically equal. The reality is those vehicles handle terribly and if you actually try to use the power they are horrible to drive. It is what it is, people DGAF.

Lots of Kia drivers on the OT. Nothing else matters except the KIA logo. I fully expect to see 3 of these next time I drive by a Dollar General.

They have upped their game, but the company should consider a different name. Driving around with a badge of KIA just doesn't look good when it also stands for Killed In Action

This is the most terrible thought process. I’ve literally never heard of a single car brand that doesn’t get shite on for some reason or another. Maybe Audi? But I’m sure they do as well.
