Are you suggesting the mongol horse archer wasn’t ridiculously advanced for its day?

Mongols didn't invent horse archery. The Scythians did. (Herodotus, the Greek historian, wrote a whole chapter on the Scythians who lived in what is today Ukraine/southern Russia).

Where did the wood come from? You don't grow massive trees rapidly, especially in 'mediterranean' rainfall climates.

All over. The Greeks were well traveled and had sophisticated trade routes with lots of other tribes/nations. Read some of the historians of the day - they traveled everywhere from Egypt to Persia to Russia.

It’s real.... along with other shite that the public can’t handle.

YouTube Nano Drone release.
It’s already been posted on this board.

People just think it would be easy just to walk on one another In a civil war.

We may have a chance in the long run.... but the Govt could wipe out more than half the population in a few days if they wanted to.
Technology is a doubled edge sword named “A Mother fricker”.

Think “Space Force”...... you would be pretty naive to think that this was just thought up and not something that’s been in the works for 60+ years. The shite that people see in the night sky..... it’s not aliens. We have been capable of what is thought of as the impossible for some time now.

I thought you said they have to be pulled ashore every night? Doesn’t make for much of a siege

If you were within your walls the ships could be pulled ashore and keep relief fleets away, they could conduct an effective siege.

They also would become waterlogged if left in the sea for too long. In order to prevent this from happening

I could have built an empire trading pitch. It’s all over the place here in mid TN. You heat it up and it turns into a liquid and you paint it on wood that you want waterproofed.

Well I just went down a rabbit hole reading about this. Seems to be unclear if it’s use is actually banned by the treaty as the treaty specifies the ban of WMDs. As these rods have no payload, the thought is that the current treaty would not apply.

The courts can settle it once the dust clears. As long as the courts are nowhere near a target anyway.
