I live in Rogers, AR. I love this city but the price of the some of these houses around here are absolutely idiotic. You’re 5 min from a Sams Club and Starbucks so the price is about 200,000 higher than what it should be. I miss living in Mountainburg…

Maybe they're going by what people paid originally..not what you would pay right now to move there.

This list is really bad
Palmer is one of the less expensive places to live in Alaska. You aren't finding a house in Southeast for this.

That’s a 1/2 acre lot on the cheap side here in Franklin TN
