Is Oak Hills really even a suburb? It's just a neighborhood in St George

I live in Rogers, AR. I love this city but the price of the some of these houses around here are absolutely idiotic. You’re 5 min from a Sams Club and Starbucks so the price is about 200,000 higher than what it should be. I miss living in Mountainburg…

Yeah nope. Good luck finding an entry home at twice that amount now.

Maybe they're going by what people paid originally..not what you would pay right now to move there.

I feel like that’s low for the most expensive Suburb of BR. I mean, wouldn’t Santa Maria be much more than that? Or is this only sale price, not curren to appraisal?

It is (or at least was in the 2010 census) noted as a census-designated place in East Baton Rouge parish with a population of 8,195.

Palmer, Alaska

Palmer has the priciest real estate in Alaska, with a median sale price of $349,450.

Palmer is one of the less expensive places to live in Alaska. You aren't finding a house in Southeast for this.

You couldn’t find a house in Old Towne BSL for $360k a year ago…now $500k is about the absolute minimum.

For example, Dumbar is the furthest Old Towne road from the beach and this thing is $425k for 800 sq ft. JMR

Lol I was just there yesterday, but I’m shocked it wasn’t a neighborhood in the DFW or small town in the hill country that won though.

This. It's just a subdivision between Perkins and Highland Roads.
