Exactly. The intricacies of the human body, the brain in particular, we’re told was supposed to have evolved over time. But no scientist can tell us how it all came to be. We’re supposed to believe that life came from non-life in some huge explosion. Even if you don’t believe in a higher power, you cannot rationally believe that something came from nothing.

No it doesn’t. That’s a very child-like description of god. You’re essentially saying that all meteorology does is explain how Zeus is throwing his thunderbolts.

Narrator: They did in fact evolve over time.

Are you saying that Muhammad wasn’t a real person?

And remember, an atheist is just a person who believes in one god less than you do.

One of the most intelligent people I’ve ever been fortunate enough to spend time around was a neurologist that said “as a medical community we know a drop in the ocean about the brain”

The more deeply we look at the world the more we can see that the kingdom is within us.

If you want to take me literally, than sure. There are processes in the world that are absolutely vital for maintaining life. And for the record: ancient Greeks never believed that Zeus was literally throwing down thunderbolts. They simply believed that thunderstorms were the manifestation of his divine power. In that sense, they are more correct than you are willing to acknowledge.

Oh, I’m shocked that my little puppy dog is following me around. Look, like I’ve told you before, I’m flattered, but I’m straight. We can be friends, but that’s all.

I have my doubts. I've searched for actual evidence and there is very little compared to say Jesus of Nazareth.

Well, some did, some didn’t. The Epicureans for instance were expressly atheists. And how were they in any sense correct. In your estimation? Do you believe in Zeus?

Eh, there’s probably more historical evidence of Muhammad;s existence than there is for Jesus.

That's absolutely false. I can't even imagine you tried to look and came to that conclusion.

There is exactly zero writings in Islam that came from someone that knew Muhammad that we can prove actually existed. There is almost zero writings in Islam that are purported to come from someone other than this alleged real person.

The bible is one of the most vetted books in humany history.

No, it isn’t if you’re being honest.

I spend more time reading about different religions than I do reading about my job. And I'm elite at the latter.

I’m impressed. What is your profession at which you are so elite?

I too have studied different religions for a long time.
