I really hope his cancellation is official.

In the past, every time his contract was up for renewal he'd say he was done, quitting, retiring etc etc then the final day he'd reup for another 5 years for ridiculous money.

Go check out the Magnolia place in Waco. It's basic white girl heaven. Ugg boots, pumpkin spice, and Stanley cups as far as the eye can see.

Opie, Anthony, and Jimmy riffing with no real direction for hours with their friends was infinitely funnier to me.

Same. Ron & Fez as well... some classic bits that I circle back to every now and then on the youtubez

The guy went hard left with Hillary in 2016. Havent heard much about him after Trump’s win almost 10 years ago.

I remember when his show would be on TV.. It would air at night time and this was in the 90s... maybe early 2000s? I only watch if I happen to catch it on and someone I liked was on it.

I never understood the entertainment value he had. I understand the whole shock jock thing, but it seems like when you receive such a label, you no longer become shocking. Like, you can think of all the "over the line" questions that he could possibly ask. Once you become know for that, the people you interview go in knowing what to expect.

It always seemed like he liked to hear himself talk more than the people he interviewed.

Holy shite people don't know the boat they missed with Ron & Fez.

I listen to ESD's Patreon where he does commentary on the satellite days. It's not bad. Or maybe it is and I'll just take what I can get.

Spy reports, uncensored callers, moral conundrums, Fez meltdowns and who knew blueberries were a stand alone fruit?

Funny fact: Last year, Howard Stern told the 77,000,000 Americans who voted for Donald Trump to stop listening to his radio show.

Mission accomplished?

What took so long.

I guess the contract is up for renewal.

I imagine that they wanted to get rid of that washed out douche a long time ago

I do find Howard’s rise and fall to be one of the most interesting in modern American history and quite frankly very Shakespearean. There will be a great movie or miniseries made about Howard that Howard will absolutely hate. Call it “Citizen Stern.”
This is weird, even for you.

I've been a SiriusXM subscriber for close to 30 years. Some years back, I jumped on the option to save a few bucks a month by cutting out the Stern and NFL play-by-play stations. Don't miss them at all. I still get the NFL Channel, and that's good enough for the equivalent of Red Zone on Sundays.

As for Stern, besides the woke shift, he wasn't the entertaining part of the show. Once Artie fell out of favor and left/got canned, it really started to suffer. Add to that half of the Wack Pack being dead, MIA, or banned, and you're down to Beet and Richard and Sal for laughs.
