Pretty much happens in all towns when an interstate is put in. Rent is low, so poor people move in and wealth moves out.

Yeap, my house on aster was robbed. I had a pretty good idea who did it, cops said what do you want us to do? I said at least question the guy and see if he had any of my shite. I even gave them serial numbers to all my stuff. Well except for my electric razer that was stolen. They did nothing.
