You are wrong! Insurance and bonds which im sure are worthless know less then 10% of the bonding value. The GC if proven done properly. Its engineering and permits. Ive done construction for a very long time that was poorly engineered or corners were cut. Regardless the permit and inspection process was a failure.

And this is the angle that scum administration is taking. Drag this shite out and sue the shite out of Hard Rock so they can line their pockets.

I love how a shitty developer and contractor responsible for a building collapse in the middle of downtown are now the victims in this situation.

You could say the same about a lot of cities. Imagine Las Vegas without “tourism”.... you can’t.

All large projects, grants, federal are all skimmed....by Louisiana Politicians..

See Jon Bel turn the HR implosion from $1million dollar implosion to a 5 million dollar implosion.....he had to get his share...

when you get a billion dollars for a project and the shite don’t work, because of substandard product...the politicians stole it...

When and if the truth comes out on the HardRock Latoya the Destroyer is Ghana have here fingerprints all over on this. She will says Life Happens and her flock will squabble for the scraps of of her table....like swine....

The collapse was what 3 months ago? Why haven't they either tore it down completely or at least remove the part that collapsed, as well as the poor unfortunate soul that is still there?

There are parts that look like Mogadishu NOW.

Have we forgotten that there's a half destroyed building at the corner of two of its larger streets with a dead man's legs hanging out of the side of it?
