I wonder if that’s the same guy I saw last week under the Bluebonnet overpass skipping, jumping, hitting the top of his head, and basically just tripping balls.

I think that guy is always by Bluebonnet. I see him almost every morning on my way to work.

I think Mr. Daugherty would have been on the receiving end of a beating with a tire iron if it had been my car.
