Not sure where that would be, but I’ve witnessed people coming from under the bridge over Dawson Creek many times. Recently saw two of them finishing getting dressed, so I’d assume they’re living under it, having sex, or perhaps bathing in the ditch water.

Not sure why I'm being downvoted.
The EBRSO* posted the pictures on facebook of them bringing the donuts to the homeless camp at the edge of the woods. They also had some EMS people to check out the homeless and make sure everyone was all right.

quote:

Some homeless have formed camps in a wooded area off Siegen Lane behind a shopping center and in between neighborhoods.

The land they're staying on is private property. "We're seeing a larger group of those that are experiencing homelessness over here in this area and we received a lot of calls," said Casey Hicks with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office.

There are at least a dozen of these camps, some with pitched tents, others with a wooden shed. Shopping carts, coolers, tubs, garbage cans, and trash are scattered around the area. The Sheriff's Office has spent a couple nights there this week visiting with the individuals staying there. The deputies have been talking with them trying to learn what tools they need to get back on their feet.

Interesting, BRPD doesn’t have enough cops to patrol the city, but they went out into SG to bring the tent people donuts.

A raid of the two hotels next to Waffle House would clean out half the smack on that end of town. I've sat in my car more than once after a grabbing some chick fila on the go several times. People watching there reveals a bunch of shady shite from the back of the hotel. Funny enough sometimes it's like a drive in movie theatre with all the people watching the back of those apartments while grabbing a bite

yeah, what used to be the hotels around Celebration Station on Airline has now moved to Siegen. It's the biggest prostitution location now in the entire city by far. Ask Mikee.

I saw a guy getting arrested there by a female deputy about 3 weeks ago. Didn’t get any pics. Maybe he is a serial rock thrower?

I believe it is in the little wooded area behind the Albertsons.

That's a long way to Perkins for homeless people. You sure about that?

There little spots people use all along College behind those shopping centers. I'm sure he meant one of those and not actually the Albertsons on Perkins

That picture is old. They've cleared them out since then.

In fact the picture is so dated they've probably cleared them out and the bums have slowly moved back into the area by now.

Yeah I know, I was more pointing out that they aren't exactly being discouraged to not live back there.
