what does this mean for flooding?

Doesn't that mean it will all go into Spanish Lake?

trying to figure out when my daughter will get power, she's on DEMCO and her surrounding area has Entergy and has never lost power...the DEMCO map shows over 5K customers in Shenandoah without power
I'm in the same boat. Haven't heard anything from demco about an estimated time

Most likely a combination of both. If there weren't any cars, it wouldn't show up as traffic

Anyone in the St.Gabriel area right now? I'm looking at google maps and it seems like the traffic is turning dark red. Didn't know if that was actual traffic or flooding.

I noticed that as well. at work and bored since im here alone.

It's annoying that LSU is still taking this day by day, they might as well call it for a few days and allow people to make plans.

We are grabbing the boat in Gonzales soon and heading to where we are needed. Any clue where we would be best used?

The disaster assistance site is working well and not crashing or stalling. I just filled out an app. I'd recommend anyone needing to do it, to do it asap.

Water still rising at Keystone but much slower than overnight. Vast majority of the neighborhood is dry. Keystone Drive near the entrance is flooded up to people's driveways but still a ways before it hits their houses.

Just waiting to see how much more back flooding we are going to get. Hope it stops sooner than later.

Someone earlier said they are launching at Lake Elementary. Let me know if you find another good place to get in the water

Any pictures? Have a family member with a house in that area.

Impotent - is the water receding in those areas?

Also if you can check the appartments on Siegen by Ward - Id like to know if those are increasing or decreasing.
