Clay cut bayou has drainage all the way to Jefferson and Bluebonnet. How bad will that area be affected with backflow?

Areas at or around 26' are flooding now. I think the area to which you are referring are closer to 31-32'.

Yeah. Probably sooner than that since they are downstream....but part of the same backup. I don't have the elevation map for Ascension Parish handy now though. They might be okay.

Yes, the flood plain is 32'. My elevation is 33 1/2 feet. Zoned X
