I no longer live in BR but follow here and there. And I am really confused by what is happening with local politics. How did these embarrassments get elected in the first place? Is BR that ghetto now or did non-trash people just stay home on election day?

Why does he have to bring up a white owned company?
Plus, one's the result of a private business owner working hard and being successful and getting contracts. The other is a use of tax dollars that no one is really sure where it's going and throughout years of these programs has shown little success, if any at all.

Here's the difference, Gary. Emergent Method is an actual consulting firm that has proven results. They can command $250/hr as they have a team of people working on these projects.
They aren't asking $75k to run a few basketball tournaments or speak to some kids for a week.
