But you'll get a discount if you can finger snap your bottle cap through your waiter's earlobe tunnel plug.

You seem pretty salty about any type of development or improvement to Government St.

Improvement? Like taking a 4 lane road, cutting it down to 2 traffic lanes so some hipster queers can ride a bicycle to these frou-frou dumps?

It’s not a HATE thing, it’s an apathy thing. Most BR natives have heard time and time again about these government street ideas and improvements. Heck, look at 3rd Street. By all accounts it’s trending downward. Remember around 2006 when 3rd Street was booming?

So we should give up on trying to improve it?

All in nice sterile strip mall developments with 1000 parking places, readily adjacent to Interstate exits.

BR should go All In on getting an NBA G-League team if they want to save the downtown nightlife.

I think it was the nba fans that killed the scene downtown

You sound like a blast at parties.

Anyways, I highly doubt Gov't st will be cut down to two traffic lanes. With that being said, something should be done about the walking/biking space in mid city.

It's pretty amazing. A new place to drink alcohol is being opened so people lash out at hipsters makes perfect sense

Anything, and I do mean anything that’s not very familiar to them or they grew up with scares the shite out of them.

Walking?? Nobody walks or rides bikes around. They need more parking and more lanes for cars. Not stupid bike lanes for the 3 bikes that use it every month. You people want BR to be some small town feel. It’s a damn city and needs lanes for cars.

I tip my hat to developers who risk their capital, plan and work projects.

The ones that have their friends in govt. do it for them are the ones to watch out for.

All that is great. Private money at work. I hope they all do well.

That's what it's all about.
