A very clearly biased blog. The author, ironically, highlights confirmation bias.

Ah yes, the Office of BGLTQ. I'm sure it's real bastion of scientific research

Please stop confusing what a bunch of college hippies are doing versus what an actual scientist is doing in a lab. I know you're smarter than this SFP. You try too hard to fit in around here.

The idiots have come out to roost in this thread. And you wonder why Louisiana is ranked near last in everything.

careful. Although you think that the progressive machine may support you, the minute you pooh-pooh one of their pet activist groups they'll turn on you in a hot minute.

They don't support science. They support those who support their agenda unquestionably. As soon as science disproves their delusions they'll be as anti-science as any fundamentalist.

See fr33mantor's post above.

And this comparison is so far off what I was talking about. Are there actually studies proving there is a homosexual gene? Or that a transgender person has genetics differing from their actual appearance?

Because if not, then this is no where near similar to what I was referring to. People will argue that against some management principle in wildlife ecology even when there is overwhelming data to support it.

Is there overwhelming data to support some genetic difference, and that a man whole believes himself to be a woman is actually a woman?

Clearly those rankings are done by Marxists leftists with an agenda.

What can an evil liberal biologist possibly know over a good ole hardworking fisherman?

It seems to me all the responses are a bunch of butt hurt towards the transgender movement. Pretty sure Neil Degrasse Tyson, Bill Nye et al aren't marching for that.

Sorry, that's not how it works. You don't get to claim to be the "defenders of science" and brand everyone who disagrees with you as "anti-science" and make them out to be the biggest idiots on the planet, and then deny something as basic as biology.

.

No, you don't get to sit on that high horse and look down on the rest when you embrace such delusions as the progressive machine espouses.

You made a deal with the devil, well eventually you've gotta burn.

What in this thread qualifies as "basic biology"?

Remember in the Middle Ages when the Church was the center of knowledge? Good times.

You clearly aren't aware of what the "march for science" is actually about. It's more about psychology than science.

Ok, that's what I thought you meant, but hell, never can tell on this board anymore.

I think some around here would argue that transgender is a scientifically acceptable thing. Hell, I know some people that would.

They aren't exactly the brightest when it comes to science though.
