I mix it with vodka sometimes.
That’s the smart play. The negatives in the OJ cancel out the negatives in the vodka. Another option is to smoke a cig. Two negatives make a positive.

You are too simple minded to understand basic nutrition.
If you can't see a drink with 20-24g of sugar per 8oz is unhealthy, I can't help you.
And yes...Fat people eat too much... Thus they are more than likely getting enough vitamins/minerals through food
I bet you think powerade is healthy too because it has "electrolytes"

Price went sky high.
These two idiots tried to corner the frozen orange juice concentrate market, drove the prices up, and they never came back down.

I’m not the one shitting on basic vitamins and nutrients that fruit provides your body. If you are scared of a little sugar then you are likely a fatass anyway. The people that scream the most about sugar are usually the ones eating too much of it. An 8 oz glass of orange juice in the morning isn’t going to hurt anyone. Stop the fear mongering bs

Ummm no most fat people eat a bunch of empty calories. What junk food do you eat that nourishes your body?

Well Powerade and Orange Juice are very different nutritionally so idk why you would even say that but ok. For an 8 oz serving OJ is not bad at all. At the very least you’ll get the 5 essentials to upstart a healthy immune system from OJ. It also contains a polyphenol called hesperidin, which may have a number of benefits to the immune system, including helping to fight inflammation.

Who remembers 5 Alive?
It was orange, lemon, lime, pineapple and grapefruit juice.
That stuff was so good.

I’ll usually do fresh juice with oranges, lemon, and boat load of ginger when I’m sick. It does its job.
In addition to it being pure sugar, it’s also expensive as shite now, so watered down apple juice for the toddler.

I'll crush it at hotel breakfasts
I'm usually dehydrated from drinking the night before at dinner too so it makes it extra refreshing

You are trying to justify drinking junk. Its not changing the fact that its not healthy. You have been lied to. It takes almost 3 fricking oranges to equal 8oz of juice. I'm not shitting on fruit. I'm shitting on drinking the equivalent of 3 servings of a fruit that is loaded in sugar. People do not need that. Take a multivitamin or eat a serving of blueberries.
Combine that with the fact that nobody is measuring out exactly 8 oz. They are filling up a 12-16 oz glass they have in the cabinet

You are correct. Assuming you are eating a halfway decent diet and exercising.
Problem is most people don't do either. Nor or they going to pull out measuring cup to pour out 8oz of juice or weigh out a serving of peanut butter.
