Damn. This baw likely saw some shite as a kid. State of Louisiana vs. Franklin Redfearn. I think this is his dad, and he was a witness to the crime.

The child was also medically examined. Police subsequently arrested Redfearn, and he was indicted by a grand jury for aggravated rape and aggravated incest. After trial by jury, the applicant was convicted of sexual battery and aggravated incest.
