Isn't the judge holding them to having this wrapped up by this weekend? Or do I have that wrong.
I assume the longer you have a Heard witness like this on the stand looking like a loon, it's good for Depp.

This guy is losing it. He's also nervous drinking more of the Gatorade. I really hope the judge lets this finish before the lunch break so the guy doesn't have time to get it together if that's possible.

Depp's personality has been the charming bad boy, witty highly likeable miscreant that's been on the stand. That's been confirmed for the jury more than anything, he is what his image says. This trial should help his "personality image" and career more than anything. I get why he's a big actor now, he could do improv. Amber's personality meanwhile is awful

each side started the trial with 67 hours & 15 minutes to present their case... if your lawyer is asking questions that goes against your time
Heard's side had 8 hours & 15 minutes left before today started & Depp's had 18 hours & 45 minutes left coming into today
