Admittedly, I haven't watched any of the trial directly. I have seen snippets of some of the testimony. I've also read a few articles on the internet.
So, my opinion is not very informed. However, here is my $.02.
This was an extremely toxic marriage almost from the get-go. It should have ended much sooner than it did.
Was there some emotional abuse? Absolutely. But, the abuse came from both sides and it seems that Amber Heard dished out A LOT more than she got.
Was there some physical abuse? Absolutely. And, the physical abuse was also from both sides. However, it seems like Amber Heard inflicted A LOT more purposeful physical abuse and Depp's physical abuse was more in the manner of "mistakenly" bumping into Amber Heard. Further, it definitely sounds like Amber Heard has tried to manufacture some sort of inference that Depp doesn't remember when he physically abused her because he was coked out. But, other than the not-so-reliable testimony of some of her friends and her sisters, this just doesn't seem credible.
In the end, I think the jury will think that they are both scumbags. However, just like the biblical verse goes -- let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
Amber Heard should have kept her mouth f*cking shut. Given her own abuse, she should never have written that op-ed in the Washington Post. She did so to either help with her divorce or to try to play herself up as a "victim." We all know how the most popular thing to do in today's society is to be a victim. In writing that op-ed and leaving out her own culpability, she did defame Depp and the jury will not have any sympathy for her.
Also, I've seen some clips of her answering questions. I don't know who coached her, but they really f*cked her royally. While it's always a good idea to try to make eye contact with the jury at certain points, the way she is doing it is downright f*cking CREEPY. It makes her appear to be putting on a performance rather than just telling the truth.
So, if I had to guess, I'm going to say that the jury will find in favor of Depp and award him that $7 million that she didn't give to charity.

Call him on what? If it was covered in his direct or cross, they can’t call him back.
According to Nick Rekieta they are going to try to get him to say he directed Adam Waldman to make those comments. However, his attorneys are just going to object to any questions on the basis of client/lawyer confidentiality. It's going to end up being a giant waste of everyone's time - especially Heard's side who only have ~8 hours left.

Yo if you want to share garbage go to archive.ph and past the link, then share it. They don't make money off the archive.

Heard's team now definitely below 8 hours remaining with this doctor trying to claim Depp's finger injury couldn't have happened the way Depp claims

Oh wow... Camille just got Heard's doctor-witness to say Heard's version of how Depp's finger injury happened could not have happened

He's so long-winded he's gonna run Heard's clock under 7 hours remaining

"Scourges of this country. Dangerous stuff you are playing with her."
Cheap shot the way it was delivered, but maybe effective.

There's a report Kate Moss will testify as a rebuttal witness for Depp on Wednesday
ETA: and by then Heard's side might be out of time... so no chance to cross her

Thank you. Anyone who thinks she’s not lying doesn’t want to believe the truth.

My goodness... this cross... Depp's lawyer is calling this dude an unethical piece of shite
Posted on 5/23/22 at 11:09 am to JudgeHolden
He's got control of this witness. One way you know if you have control in cross is whether the witness is talking to you or the jury.
This guy is glued on the lawyer. Excellent witness control.

Depp's side is absolutely trying to run out the clock with this windbag witness and it's hilarious.

When the judge tells you twice, "You just need to answer the questions," you are not winning as a witness.

They are flipping his script.
Personality disorders equal increased risk for committing violence.
Heard has been diagnosed with two of them . . .
