No. A liberal, black, woman lawyer on Court TV explained it best. (Court TV has been leaning to AH's side) said that any little mark AH had was gotten when JD was trying to protect himself, while running from her.

There is a bunch of it on tape, to prove that. She was clearly the aggressor, both with the screaming, and hitting.

He did more drugs, and drank more than her, but she was partying like a rockstar too.

Both Runkle of the Bailey (who's been in the gallery the last week) & Good Lawgic (who's been watching from his New York home) have had videos removed under the guise of them being "spam" videos

She can thank herself. At first I thought the Amber hate was driven by older women in love with Johnny, and women haters threatened by the gals.

Then I watched the trial. Her claims are, at a minimum, exaggerated considerably.

Johnny is plainly a drunk and a drug addict who reacts strongly when you get between him and his addiction. I don’t doubt he laid hands on her at some point. But I don’t believe he hit her or raped her with a bottle in the way she says.

Relatedly, I get the sense that she is arrogant, ignoring her lawyers, and insisting on telling her story her way. That really hurt her.

A lot of you believe “she was the aggressor.” Maybe. But you don’t hit women. Hard stop. I don’t buy that line, and it doesn’t make any difference as the testimony came out if she was or wasn’t.

There is no trial today... there hasn't been trial on Fridays during this case at all... Fridays have been motions day

They're probably going over jury instructions with the judge today... but no trial, no testimony today... cameras won't be on today

Same. I didn't watch much of the first part of the trial. I saw/heard some of JD's testimony here and there and the cross.

When Heard first got on the stand, I thought perhaps her story was true, but after that and particularly after the cross, I just don't believe her or, at least, have very huge doubts.

She was not a likable person on the stand, in my opinion. She buried herself in many ways and her lawyer didn't help her.

On many of the videos, JD sounds calm and she sounds nuts. That's not helpful to her.

The holding the dog out of the window is troublesome for JD in my opinion. Pet lovers on the jury may be swayed by that in some way that's not relevant to the real issues. I don't know, but it triggered me somewhat, admittedly.

I think both of them have big time problems. I'm not JD fan.

I think it's possible they both get zeroed, but I want to hear as much of the rest of the trial and closing arguments.
