Maybe so. I'm not saying I believe her. I'm tired of listening to her. She's been on the stand far too long with the whining. Her delivery goes down the longer she's on, BUT I'm bothered by his body language. Maybe his team doesn't believe he can control his facial expressions, though.

If so, I don’t blame him for not liking her. She comes across as extremely incompetent. She calls witnesses by the wrong name, confuses evidence, argues with the judge and just doesn’t seem very organized.

They’re saying that the main reason she’s still doing direct is to acknowledge some of the inconsistencies she had in her direct a week ago 
That way they can control the way the inconsistencies are brought up so it doesn’t happen in cross.
Amazing This basically confirms she went off the rails in her previous testimony. That’s what happens when someone is on drugs or if they’re a compulsive lier.

There’s no question she did.
There was an inconsistency where she said she used a specific make up kit that was not even in production when she says she used it. It’s all an act. There are dates she has tried to correct.
But, the attorney I’m seeing is saying that it’s allowed because they can talk during a lunch break. But I have no idea.
Either way, she was completely off the rails a week ago.

It’s also because you want to be careful objecting to someone who can seem like a damaged victim. You have to skate lightly there.

I haven’t read the whole thread, but has anyone noticed that Depp acts and looks kind of like SNL’s “The Continental?”
