More constant phony crying while holding a tissue and no fricking tears. As an actress she can’t even bring forth phony tears? She’s is a lying conniving, narcissistic, corrupt, repugnant POS.

Essentially it’s a phone call of her saying call of the dogs. Telling Depp she never went to police when she had bruises and could have. Saying we don’t need to do this.
It’s not proof, but they cut it off at parts I would have liked to hear Depp’s response. So we need to hear Depp’s narrative and context of the phone call.

Oh god. Please don’t remind me of the abomination and disappointment I have with the DC franchise, Amber. Now I hate you even more.

that scoff when asked if the oped was meant to help people go to the Aquaman movie

Yep. Every once in awhile the true Amber comes out.

she's on the stand in direct examination... you're supposed to have that opinion if she's on point
that said... you seem to be in the minority on this... at least in the court of public opinion it seems like he's winning and her testimony has for the most point gone in 1 ear and out the other

Rekieta: "This is such bad testimony from her that I can't explain it yet."

He must have a crush on AH or know her. Cause he’s the only one in this thread that believes her BS.

If this were a criminal case, it would not even go to trial. This civil case doesn’t really mean much. It may save her from being liable for 50 million though. So that’s good for her.

so Rekieta has a moment to explain his statement about the testimony being terrible for her
he explains that she basically undercut her own case by saying everything is linked back to the article... that the change away from Johnny started WITH THE ARTICLE

Camille continues to piss off Elaine with all the objections

Ok, so bottom line. Does Depp have a decent shot at getting winning in court?
It is obvious he is currently winning in social media, which is likely what he hoped for before trial. It will be interesting though to see how/if that changes should he lose in court.

Law & Lumber says the Lawtubers in the courtroom believe a male juror in his 60s HATES the lady defense lawyer who is currently questioning Amber
She's terrible at this but she also sounds incredibly unlikable. She sounds like an angry old woman and she's just doing direct

She did this to herself. She released the dogs initially. She’s complaining about Depp ruining her career by releasing statements in his own defense.
She started the offensive attack. Her losses are her own doing.

Not a lawyer nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
From what I’m seeing, he can show that the damages to his career tie back directly to the referenced article and that Heard herself has shown that the claims made within are bullshite.
Thus, he has a likely winner in damages claiming he was defamed and suffered irreparable harm to his career and reputation as a result.

as Rekieta just said on his stream... she has basically just admitted within the last hour that the article did irreparable harm to his career

I’ve been told that all the jury has to believe is that he was physically abusive in anyway ever toward her. It’s a defamation suit.
You basically have to prove that her statements are completely without merit. For example, Disney likely drops him anyway even if there was just one physical incident.
However, sometimes the jury will rule on emotion. So there’s a chance they would go by the beat of her own drum. We will see.

Heard's team going into the battle of "who got beat up worse" was not a winning battle and that could get the jury to say "yeah... she was the instigator and that article is bullshite and he should win"
instead of pointing out "she didn't directly defame Johnny in the article" and/or "verbal violence is still violence"

Problem for Heard is that being seen as a compulsive liar makes it very hard to believe a word out of her mouth.
Johnny could have beaten the shite out of her regularly and no one would believe it if she has been caught in so many lies.
