chances Heard's team forces the Judge's hand to make her enforce the time limit?
meaning tries to purposely go over their 6 remaining minutes on rebuttal

I don’t want dazzling court room drama, I want solid efficient council that runs with the facts in evidence and does it smoothly.
Maybe I’m a product of the OJ trial generation, but where is the unflappable solid consistent work from AHs side?
Is my expectations too high? Depps team did ok in their closing, but there were spots that could be improved, but AHs side has hole you could drive a semi through. The last 25 minutes was an Intelligible mess…

Emily Baker commentary: "Holy shite. That was a lot from Elaine. They have 6 minutes in rebuttal. I don't think Elaine can say 'Hi' in 6 minutes."![]()
you literally waste a quarter of a tank of gas trying to leave a get together at Elaine's place... she will stand and have a whole new conversation right at the car window as you try to leave

it might just be a symptom of having really bad facts and a really terrible client

Depp’s team is about to mic-drop with their 39 minutes.
Comes back from lunch at 1:10 central time for those that didn’t catch it.

I can get that, but that is no excuse for that closing. You can put forth a respectable close on a shitty case, but this is more of a shite show with no notion of timing.
It is almost like there was no practice done on this the last month… thy should have been at least starting to rough this out after Depps side rested knowing who they were going to put on. Even if there were changes this week to the flow or structure they at least knew the time limit.
Did they not at least do a mock of this last night with a timer? It’s not like they didn’t get out of there somewhat early yesterday…

If I was on the jury and heard the judge say there will be no dinner, I would use my lunch time to eat, and strategically place some tater tots in my side, zip-up pocket.
Who uses the 6 minutes?

Who uses the 6 minutes?
Rottenborn gets up and says "our rebuttal is a 5-minute strip tease from a Hollywood starlet" and Amber gets up and shows off some of her old stripper moves

I would love to be able to hear what is going on in AHs team side during lunch.
Who is yelling at who at this point and how heated are they.

Rekieta & Legal Vices gettin' toasted on Maker's Mark during this stream
the choice of Maker's Mark for today's stream was an "accident"

Runkle said the jury paid close attention to the jury instructions which, in his opinion is not good for Depp. He said the instructions were very well done and very clear. He also said the jury didn't pay much attention to Elaine.
I missed the last part of Rottenborn and most of Elaine. I can't believe they only have 6 minutes left.

I honestly don't think jury instructions matter as much as some people do.
I saw with an old lawyer once when I was young. He faced a "clear and convincing" standard. So he just told the jury, "if it's clear and you're convinced, we win." He won.

Good luck covering this entire set of arguments in 6 mins...
You got to pick one to hit I guess and go from there. Is it better to go for the everyone is lying side or no our experts are not shite I swear approach.
Going to be a rough 6 minutes.
