105 in and still doing her rambling closing and not her rebuttal.

This is a mess at this point. I think her other lawyer went over and so she is flustered and trying to cram it in.

Did I hear a subtle brag about Heard having attorneys' fees of six million dollars?

Amber could have played one part well because it was her. She could have played Amanda Peet's roll in Saving Silverman.

She is the chick that would make you go all out to save your friend from because she would ruin his life.

So they are doing lunch which gives Depp team plenty of time to craft their 45 minutes and then light them on fire. Then someone from AHs side gets to do an off the cuff semi rebuttal plus an affirmative close… in 6 fricking minutes…

For the high profile of this case is, I am appalled on how shitty this is.

I think Rottenborn went long by 20 mins and she got flustered and panicked trying to makeup time and crashed and burned.

Rekieta said of Elaine's last few minutes... "[Elaine] just took a whiteboard eraser to Rottenborn's argument."

The Depp team should seek to highlight unique angles of the case not yet addressed to creates disorder when the Heard team tries to figure out how to stretch that six minutes.

I've never seen any dazzling, Perry Mason like cases in court, it's usually boring, mundane, and it's incredible how easily some attorneys lose their focus and you're sitting there wanting to strangle them

Emily Baker commentary: "Holy shite. That was a lot from Elaine. They have 6 minutes in rebuttal. I don't think Elaine can say 'Hi' in 6 minutes."
