Dunno people are talking shite about her calling, but he pushed on a middling draw. Anything 9 or better beats him if he doesn’t catch it, it’s all about her bad poker though rather than his shitty decision
Shoving and calling are totally different. Had she shoved and Garrett called, while her play wouldve been bad bc she wants Garrett to have the jc in some of his combos, it wouldn’t been scrutinized this much.

I'll issue an open to challenge to any of you. Let's play a small sample size of 10k hands in NLHE and see how you do.

Congratulations.
Since you know the game nd understand probabilities, explain how the 10%(according to your knowledge and understnding) hand winning with 2 different river cards proves that poker is a game of math and not chance. Us novices are dying to know.

Then he fell for it and lost?
She made an incredibly stupid call, with no justification for it and got lucky.

So there is a new video out that shows the chair shaking when she has the best hand and doesn’t when she’s beat. Go to around the 1:16 mark LINK

See that’s the difference between us. I choose not to risk losing money on things I don’t have control over.
That means I’ll never have to be in a situation where I get mad at someone else taking money from me based on pure luck.
And I won’t have to cause them of cheating when it happens.
Why don’t you want to talk bout how the princess you’ve been knightingfor throughout this thread handled the situation in the exact opposite manner that you claimed you would?

So after seeing that video, it’s pretty damning. I thought she was just dumb but I’m now firmly in the she was cheating group
Posted on 10/1/22 at 10:05 am to Civildawg
Yea that is pretty obvious. It’s so weird to me to be cheating and still make the call on that hand. Way too obvious.

Sure it’s a game of chance, but math plays a huge role in how you should play. Poker is a game if chance, math and skill.
It’s a great game.
Luck plays a role of course, but it eill only get you so far.

And neither does she according to you. That’s what makes her winning that hand so entertaining, watching you and all the other understanders with a point melt bout it.

Speaking of brains not comprehending, you’re one of those ‘poker isn’t a game of chance’ people. So respond to this:

No clue about the poker and what was going on

I’d call it chance if her explanations made any sense at all. She said she put him on an Ace, which still has her beat and then called her hand a bluff catcher which a J4 is not.
That’s why I thought she possibly just mistaked which cards she had, but after seeing the video of her chair vibrating she was def cheating IMO.
