My firstborn will be a son

I'm a "III," so he'll be the IV

225 a weeks for us. Was 275 at the previous place. There were more expensive options as well. Just around 12k a year. Annoyingly expensive, but not enough for the wife not to work.

Congrats

Those first days after birth, it's an odd feeling to look down and know "this is my son". It's a lot to take in. Let us know when it happens.

Definitely will do. Always wanted to be a dad (just wasn't rushing the timing), but it's already weird/cool to see the baby kick through the wife's stomach and know that that's my little boy in there.

Gonna get real in a hurry when he's actually born. I'll probably be a blubbering idiot, I already know

My oldest goes to a private school (Catholic school) - and his tuition is cheaper for the year than what we pay daycare for my daughter. And her daycare is really just a babysitter. Throw a bunch of kids in a room to play with toys and watch them all go buck wild. No activities or coloring or anything. Huge rip off!

Will be glad when she's old enough to leave that and go to pre K.
