You think if you went around in Nola right now doing some purge stuff and sniped a couple folks, it would even get noticed till tomorrow during the daylight?

Why don't you try it out. This would be the city to do it.

Cantrell and the city funded a huge display in NOLA East and told the people not to shoot their own fireworks or guns since the city paid for fireworks. Which means they probably all firing off shots

Petty/car burglaries/shootings up 90%

I’d rather a higher murder rate to be honest. At they’re killing each other.

When the murder rate is low that means more thugs are living. We really need to keep that murder rate higher.

It really is amazing how the homicides have been trending downwards. Whether it is programs or blind luck it is a good thing.

Every town has its ups and downs
Sometimes ups
outnumber the downs
but not in New Orleans

I'm inclined to believe
if we weren't so down
we'd up and leave
We'd up and fly if we had wings for flying
Can't you see these tears we're crying
Can't there be some happiness for me

Not in New Orleans

Come on, don’t be so naive. Do you even statues bro ?

I haven’t seen any reports of people getting killed last night so that’s a good start to the year.

It's those slot limits man. Keep having to let the small ones go and all the big ones already been harvested.

Murders down to 50 year lows. Poor black population been displaced with Hipsters through Gentrification.
Enjoy the "NEW" NOLA run by thousands of people that relocated from out of state that now call themselves New Orleanians allowing them to dictate the city culture and path forward.

If the new culture is fewer murders and a better city I don't see a problem.

The city is no better than it was 4 years ago.

It’s better than it was 15 years ago, but nothing has changed in the past 4 years. Probably worse since Mitch got re-elected to his second term
