Yes because they knew what the virus was capable of yet didn’t take the proper precautions to keep it from spreading elsewhere

The virus came from China who deceptively covered up the true numbers of cases and the severity of the situation

Chinese culture is sick on many levels. Hygiene is just one of them. The great animals of the world (think anything with a horn) are slaughtered so pencil-dicked Chinese guys can increase their "virility". Why not blame them for tempting medical fate and eating anything that crawls. They suck. And my wife is Vietnamese so spare me the fricking racial angst. Asia in general needs to get their shite together and we should help them by shaming the frick out of them.
