My solution: have a city ordinance prohibiting panhandling unless one has a permit. Permit would cost $5,000.00 a quarter and designate locale and only one locale.
Failure to comply results in arrest and expulsion from the city's boundaries. Wouldn't take too terribly long to see results

We loaded all of ours on a bus in DFW, gave them $20.00 a piece, and shipped them to Baton Rouge.

About a month ago I watched a crew of people clean up the median under the I-10/Bluebonnet overpass while some worthless bum watched. These people are locusts.

Let me get this right, they spend roughly $7500 and pushed what is probably costing them $50K year in taxes (very rough estimate) and making conservative states pay for it. If no one challenges this illegal immigrants are next. The other big ticket item here are votes. These bums are not going to want to work but JBE’s I’ll will make sure they get to the polls and a free lunch.

It's weird how their numbers have exploded in the past decade. I don't really remember ever seeing that many growing up in the BR area. Now they are everywhere.
