If you pay $195 for a bow tie you need to be kicked in the throat

Wifey asked if I would ever wear one, to which I said, "I don't think I can. I'm not an economist."
They look nerdy AF to me. To each their own, though.

We have one pharmaceutical rep that wears bow ties. He pulls it off very well. I like ties better personally.

Every time I see someone wearing a bow tie I just think of this guy

It says I have the confidence and good looks to pull off something that you clearly can only admire from afar and whisper about to your buddies on an anonymous internet forum.

Ole Miss student
One of these is entirely a subset of the other.

I think they're hot. But I'm old fashioned.

Because I hang my coat up on the back of my door when I walk into the office. I rarely wear a three piece, but every once in a while I'll mix it up.
If you wear a vest sans jacket to a wedding, you're a fricking moron. If you aren't in a tux after 6 at a wedding, you're a fricking moron.

This is not the case anymore. I have been to many many many weddings over the past 2-3 years. Rarely ever, unless specifically stated on the invitation, has anyone been in a tux for a 6 or later wedding.

It says that your football team goes 5-7 and you have cold chicken fingers underneath chandeliers because you're that classy.

It says "I am an a-hole but not one you should bother with."

That he likes bow ties.
