is that the trans crowd wanted an EXCEPTION to the law that you and I would be required to follow. Then of course, any perv could claim he felt like a woman and use the women's room.

This law was passed in direct response to shenanigans by Charlotte passing a local ordinance on the issue in conflict with state law.

Yep. Due to our mayor.(if you need to see her, although I caution against it, her name is Jennifer Roberts). It's all calculated liberal political crap. Sickens me.

So if I went into the women's room and whipped it out to take a leak in front of your wife, Mother, or daughter, I would face no charges?

You aware women's bathrooms still have stalls for privacy? I'm not arguing for anything, but your question is stupid and exaggerated.

What's he doing in there? Peeing? Or is he violating women? That is still illegal.

While I don't frequent them, I am aware of that. I am also aware that men sometimes step out of a confined space to tuck in a shirt, zip up, buckle a belt. You see my point.

If you think it is fine for men to use a women's restroom, when there may be young girls in there, I frankly don't know what to say anymore.

How can a question be exaggerated? Likewise, I don't find the question stupid. He essentially said if I exposed myself in the women's room I would not be breaking the law. I think that is incorrect.

I don't know how to say this any more simply. IDGAF what he is doing in there. He should not BE in there.

Honestly, do you think it is fine for strangers of both sexes, of all ages, to be in the bathroom together?

Perhaps I am a prudish caveman, but I do not. I have 2 daughters and I do not think it can possibly be productive.

There were a couple of clowns on ESPN radio last night ripping this statement. They basically went on a rant about the ignorance of the person who made this statement then started on a screed about "inclusion."

Congrats @patmccrorync you did what Pack Pride couldn’t. Get the ncaa to strip North Carolina of national championships.

Well ESPN is a joke, we all know that. "Inclusion" knows no boundaries to some of these dumb fricks. Nothing is sacred.

I don't see the issue. Public bathrooms meant for multiple people have stalls for privacy. Decency laws already prohibit any shenanigans. There are already lots of non-gender-specific public restrooms all over the world.

Not the case for locker rooms.

And not the case for locker rooms in high schools.

You fine with someone having a dick in the locker room with 15 year old girls? We have to make the majority uncomfortable to satisfy the needs of a very, very small minority? Not sure how high schools are built now, but we didn't have stalls to get dressed in or a private shower in the locker rooms in my high school.

I guess it is cool so you can be a PC Bro or some stupid shite, but I'm not fine with that nonsense feel good bull crap.
