Every way.

It's ridiculous the backlash the state of North Carolina is getting in the first place.

"Millions of dollars of misleading, taxpayer-subsidized commercials nor an executive order will not stop this exodus. Governor Cuomo, our North Carolina borders are open and our citizens are hospitable. Play ball!"

The NCAA and the NBA are playing ball in another state now.

correct answer. As long as you shake it off, we want you in the men's room. Don't really care how you feel about that, how you see yourself or anything else. When you don't have that part, use the women's room. Pretty damn simple.

We don't have a bathroom law in Louisiana and 99.9% of people follow these rules. I'm sure one or two trannies have snuck in before. So why the need for a law, small government Republican? Just let the trannies pee wherever.

When you have public school districts promoting it for their own high school and middle school locker rooms/bathrooms, and transgenders taking advantage of this causing an outcry from parents with normal kids, then you're going to have a political response one way or the other.

So if I went into the women's room and whipped it out to take a leak in front of your wife, Mother, or daughter, I would face no charges?

Pretty easy question.

So then why did they pass a state law? The universities and tourism officials were against it, and they're paying for it now. Why couldn't they pass local laws, as some municipalities have?

It's pretty simple. All those in the state legislature are elected officials. It's there jobs to govern the state on issues they see fit. They have not only the right, but a duty to their constituents to legislate. If they (the electorate) want it changed, elect people who will change it.

With any easy answer. It's not illegal for a man to use the women's restroom. Just frowned upon.

You can't swing your dick around in a men's room either. what's your point?

You can legally do the exact same thing inside the men's room as the women's room.

I'll let you test that out when a women complains to the police. I'm not saying your categorically wrong because there is no law per se baring it, but I can promise that if a prosecutor wanted to he would find a way to charge you. And I can promise police are going to do something about it.

Bull shite and you know it. If you take it out to piss in the men's room and little johnny sees it, no crime has been committed. do the same thing in the women's room and you know damn well that it has.

The problem is, as I can only guess you don't realize, is that the trans crowd wanted an EXCEPTION to the law that you and I would be required to follow. Then of course, any perv could claim he felt like a woman and use the women's room.

How is this so hard for you to understand? Do you really feel like it is worth the risk to accommodate 1/100th of 1% for this?

You fricking libs, I swear.

You can walk around naked as frick in a locker room. Try that in a female locker room at your local gym.

What crime though? People do this accidentally all the time. I've never heard of anyone being arrested simply for using the wrong restroom and I've seen it happen a lot. Most people just laugh.

That's not correct. Like I said, the prior law did not specify who could use a specific bathroom. Anyone (male, female, or other) could use any bathroom. There were no exceptions being given. It was the same law for everyone.

I heard her response on the radio while driving tonight. Her tone was as impressive as her words.

This law was passed in direct response to shenanigans by Charlotte passing a local ordinance on the issue in conflict with state law.
