How did this become something people go to do while drinking?

I haven’t tried it, but pool and darts looks more fun. Am I missing out?

Is it pretty much a bar sport for folks who play disc golf?

It’s just something new to do while drinking and being social with friends. Just like Top Golf. Nothing wrong with pool or darts, but variety is the spice of life.

It’s no coincidence it was brought in with the lesbian craze.

You should try it. It's pretty fun and a good way to drink and hang out with some friends.

It’s bizarre. They’re everywhere in Austin. Always around tons of alcohol

I’ve thrown the axes at several different functions in the Chattanooga area and around Greenville SC. It’s a ton of fun and anyone can enjoy. I’ve nevrr witnessed it being conducted without an abundance of caution.. My son built an axe board and we use it in his back yard and take it to friends homes as well.
I’m not really sure how anyone could associate this activity with lesbians though.

It's been part of lumberjack competitions for well over 100 years. No idea how it got to be a hipster thing.

When I saw a reference to one in Bossier City, I thought someone was joking. Nope, they have one right next door to a bar.

How do they charge? Hourly, per throw, other?
