Wish I could get back down to below 220, but at almoat 56, I believe my "no belly' days are over. I excercise every day. Both weights and walking. Still cannot lose that little pounce.
you are 230lbs...its not a little pounce more than likely

the amount of people that claim to be 6% bodyfat is insane 6% is Bodybuilder stage ready minus the dehydration at 215 dude would have to be juiced to the gils or have 1 in 100 million genetics
So much bullshite in his post. If had ever actually been that low body fat percentage, he would know what it takes and how you feel and never say he looked fine being that fat.
And it’s clear it’s bullshite because you’d feel fricking awful trying to play football at that body comp

A good weight for a male is roughly 105 + 6 lbs for every inch over 5 feet tall.
105 + (13*6) = 183
I have not weighed that little since my mid/late 20s
Old and fat.

yep....unless someone post a picture I laugh when people claim 6%....even someone like Terrell Owens who was one of the most ripped NFL athletes wasnt 6% when he played.....
for local flare....josh williams at pro day looked shredded AF and prolly more shredded than anyone on the OT except maybe 5-10 who compete in bodybuilding.....he aint 6%....closer to a true 8%
but average OTer was 215 6% bodyfat in HS and 30 years later is still carrying a ton of muscle although they havent lifted in 30 years

The average weight for women in the U.S. is 170.8 pounds, and the average height is 5 feet, 3 inches tall.
Jesus. Not even remotely surprising but i honestly would have guessed in the 155 range.
Just looked it up. It was 150 in 1990.

You’re fat, but don’t think you’re fat. No one made you say something stupid, you chose to do that all by yourself. Don’t get mad at other people for your being a dumbass

If she makes over six figures youve hit the trifecta.

Trifecta is a stay at home mom to raise the kids.

Just saying.

25% of the population fall here now, kind of staggering 6 digits is not that big of a deal

What's your source for this? I'm seeing 17-18% based on the supposedly latest data for individual income. 25% sounds way high

dude you should know that me and mingo dont exactly see eye to eye on many things but he is 1 million percent correct
you admitted to being obese....now are getting mad and lashing out like a child for being told you are obese
why? seriously instead of just saying...yea i prolly need to work on that...you are lashing out at him and me for no reason.
im not saying you are a bad person, a bad father or a bad husband...i simply said...at your weight and height you are obese, not just a small pouch as you called it.
we arent being hateful, you are the one doing that...why?
