Just ran a DNS propagation test. They're only correct on about 15% of the test servers right now. Their TTL is 30 mins, so should be fixed everywhere soonish.

Looks like they're using NTG (Venyu) for their name servers. Nothing screams technologically savvy like name servers run by a local tech company instead of...anyone else.
