Use the price to present the illusion that your product is the elite product on the market. Whether or not it's actually worth what you ask is irrelevant, what matters is that everyone knows what you drive costs twice as much as what they drive. Market it to the $30k/year millionair outdoor baws and you'll sell more than you can build.

Yep.

Cost to build - $50000
MSRP - $100000
Discount $10000
Sell to Baw for $80000

Profit

Ford Super Duty marketing manager Brian Rathsburg said a typical target customer is someone who tows a $250,000 horse trailer with million-dollar horses on board, or a six-figure boat, and is looking for a truck to match.

Yeah, I know a couple race horse owners. They don't ride cross country in a truck to the race, they fly in their Gulfstream.

Working with horses for several years in college was shocked at the middle class folks who had rediculous set ups for everything from Dressage clinics to backwoods barrel racing.

I've got a coworker with a 400k house, an 85k boat and an 80k truck. He's going to be fricked if he ever loses his job.

We, as Americans, need our collective heads examined for what we spend on automobiles. I can remember when the longest term you could get for a car note was 48 months. Now I see 144 month notes advertised simply so folks can buy cars they realistically cannot afford.

How big are your truck nuts, baw?

If you buy this truck, you'll never be able to afford the double wide.

Emissions, mpg, and safety regulations while trying to keep the horsepower and towing capacity. Thanks Big Gov!
