How did the 15 year old get to friends house?
They live in the same town. I'm assuming she was walking over there, or maybe she got a ride. I didn't pay enough close attention.

I’ve never seen as much blood as when my FIL bled all over the table about fricking covid and wearing masks.

Fast forward, normal Thanksgiving dinner. He has manners, so there wasn't any table drama. I sort of peeped the dude flirting with wife's other lil cousin, who is 15. In the guys defense, she is about 5'10, and 2 weeks away from 16. I would have no idea of her age if I didn't know her for years. From my eavesdropping while eating dressing, I could tell they exchanged social media information.
Out of no where, he says he has to leave. Less than 5 minutes later, 15 year old cousin leaves to go to friend's house.
Yeah bruh they fricking lol.
Easy solution: someone call the teen’s friend. Tell her she needs to put the teen on right away.

My mom disapproved of the hooker I brought home but the joke is on both of them, I’m impotent I just make a ton of money from my pipe fitter job. I write it off as a charitable donation and don’t get caught

My tiny submission. Not worth much but it's funny to watch. Some teenage drama
At my wife's place, lot of folks came in town. Wife's lil cousin, can't be more than 19 years old, freshly graduated. She brings her new bf from college. Cousin's mom doesn't know or like the boy, and did not give permission for him to come. Daughter is in her rebellious stage, and simply gave the guy the address to come anyways.

I don't think anyone else suspect anything but I'm pretty convinced they left to meet. My wife is suspicious as well. My wife is like a big mentor to the 19 year old cousin so they talk alot.
I'm really intrigued to see where this story goes, personally. Was it just a big coincidence they left at the same time? Did they actually go to smash? Does the guy know her age. Does the guy end up getting arrested?
Nobody knows.
Quick somebody find dbeck.

Brother farts, blames it on his kids. Bitches about wife (not present) and kids the whole damn day. Otherwise, it was a wonderful afternoon

Ran into Coach O at a restaurant today. Nothing crazy. Gave him the wave and he said “Happy Thanksgiving and Geaux Tigahs.”
He was with his family and 30 year old girlfriend. Lovely people.
Missed my chance to plead for him to fire Bo
And the chance to tell him he can do better than her.

Since someone else brought up farts...
After leaving from the Thanksgiving get together which went off without a hitch, I stopped to get some gas and drink. While I was pumping, I let out a loud echoing beefer of a gut shout and the guy on the other end of the pump heard it. Next thing I hear is - in a long southern drawl - “what in theeeeehelllllllll was that?”. I grab the gas pump handle to pretend like I’m done pumping and the guy looks around the machine and says “did someone shite themselves over yonder??” I look back all confused and say “huh? what? Oh thank you happy thanksgiving to you to man!” And then left lol

AITAH?: Thanksgiving edition.
Had an unfun development tonight.
No backstory: I love all my in-laws and we get along great. Never any drama or issues.
This year we went to my wife’s brother and SIL’s. We normally do not bring our dogs there because my SIL only likes her own little mutt dog (who we love) and dislikes all other dogs even other hunting dogs my BIL has kept.
We’re in a weird situation where we are remodeling and leaving them at home wasn’t an option as there’s a lot of people coming in and out. She said we could bring them and leave them in their side yard. They’re normally inside dogs, but their house, their rules.
Weather changed and lows in 50s and rain were planned for tonight. Now, they’re dogs, and as much as I’m fine with them being in the rain, there’s 0 cover in this side yard and it would just turn into a mud pit for them.
We asked the SIL if we could keep them in the garage just for tonight and leave in the morning. She said no. Laundry room? No. She said outside and that meant outside.
I completely respect this. It’s her house and her space. We asked and she said no. So my wife says we’re going to go ahead and go home tonight. SIL gets her feelings hurt understandably and says we made her the bad guy. Wife says “no you’re not at all. We aren’t in the least bit angry about this. We want to respect your rules and it’s just not going to work out this time. We’re completely ok with that and love you guys.”
She doesn’t see it that way. Goodbyes were super awkward.
I feel like kinda being the a-hole here but I’m just not going to leave my dogs out in cold rain all night with no cover. Completely get them sticking to their guns on this, but not being mad that we said we’d just go ahead and go home. My main stickler is that I’ve let their dogs in my house her parents have for theirs numerous times over the last 15 years and never had an issue because we love all dogs. She doesn’t. Now my dogs are medium size dogs and hers is 5 lbs soaking wet. There is a difference.
What say you OT?

You were totally in the right. Your choices were abide by her rules or leave....seems like you politely left. Don't know what her problem is with this. Id imagine she would do the same if her dog was given this option

You’re definitely not the a-hole and I’d like to punch your SIL right in the babymaker

I think the hurt stems from us leaving when we’ve had a great thanksgiving before that. We enjoy our time together and she felt we were making her the bad guy. It wasn’t intended as an ultimatum or anything on our end but we didn’t expect she’d say no to letting dogs sleep in the garage.
